"My goal as your therapist is to support your healing by helping you embrace your inner experiences—your thoughts, emotions, and memories. By making space for these feelings, you can develop the flexibility to choose actions that align with your values and move forward on your journey to well-being."

Annie the Retired Service Dog
The sweetest girl you’ll ever meet! Annie was previously an active service dog for Lauren Bittner’s husband, a retired combat veteran. Annie was trained through the Puppies Behind Bars program in New York and loves making new friends!

What to Expect
In your first session, your therapist will review paperwork, gather needed background information and start the process of getting to know you and building trust. They’ll recommend a session frequency and an approach tailored to your goals.
In follow-up sessions, you'll explore the connections between thoughts, emotions and behaviors, uncover past influences, learn practical skills and work together toward lasting healing.
